Need guidance

I have a 2009 Ralliart.

MOD List so far:

EVO X BOV (Installed)
TURBOXS CAT (Installed)
DC SPORTS EXHAUST (Installed)

Just Ordered:

COBB DROP IN FILTER
COBB 3-Port Boost Control Solenoid
EVO X FMIC

Ordering soon:

COBB Tuning Hard Pipe Kit

The FMIC was a last minute decision. I originally was going to go with a COBB stage 3 performance package provided by the Tuner shop I am going to use to do the install but now that I have the Inter cooler on the way I am seeing lots of post about it not being a good combo with the Access Port.
Should I completely ditch the AP and just get the shop to do a proper tune?
Or can the tuner do a proper tune in conjunction with the AP?

Thanks for any feedback!

+1

Get Tephra mod V3, for 100, tactrix cable for 100, and you are already far more capable than any fo the tuning guys can do for you at Cobb. They are smart people I'm sure but their system holds them back just as much as it does us.

Start off with a GST base tune and tweak way from there.
