Yeah. It looks like, based on what everyone has been saying, the front page can be updated.
People have fitted D866 front and D868 rear.
That means that we share rear pads with the Endeavor, 2008+ Lancer GTS, 2001+ Montero, and the 2007+ Outlander.
I wonder if that means we can use the upgraded rear rotors from the GTS too.

Until LancerGTS responds with more details about the EBC brake pads he ordered, there will be conflicting information. He never said which pads (the wrong ones) he ordered in the first place, and he didn't mention whether he had been sent the wrong pads by mistake. When he got the right pads, which did fit (apparently), he never mentioned what part number they were.
Based on perryrace's post, Carbotech has pads for us, and according to their website, they are the same as for the GTS. And perryrace claimed to have installed them on the car with no issues.

Okay, I found the problem: EBC mislabeled the vehicles in their parts catalog. The RalliArt is listed as the "2.0 GTS" Lancer:
Front pad:
D866/UD866/ DP21614/DP31614C/DP41614R
Front rotor:
#7380 11.6"
UPR Series OEM Replacement, GD Series, and USR Series are available.
Rear pad:
D868/DP21407/DP31407C/DP41407R
Rear rotor:
#7441 11.9"
UPR Series OEM Replacement, GD Series, and USR Series are available.
This also matches the information perryrace provided in regards to Carbotech's offerings (which he says fit perfectly):
Front: CT866
Rear: CT868
Front pad:
D866/UD866/ DP21614/DP31614C/DP41614R
Front rotor:
#7380 11.6"
UPR Series OEM Replacement, GD Series, and USR Series are available.
Rear pad:
D868/DP21407/DP31407C/DP41407R
Rear rotor:
#7441 11.9"
UPR Series OEM Replacement, GD Series, and USR Series are available.

It's pretty much up to you guys to confirm whether or not the part numbers are correct. I don't have a 09+ Ralliart. All one of you has to do is confirm the part number of what you've found to fit and this would all be cleared up. The info I posted is what I found from some quick searching and catalog cross-references. If someone has confirmed info, either for or against what I posted, let me know (via PM, I don't read all threads all the time) and I can correct/confirm the info in the first post.
I can't spoon-feed every bit of info to people.

Project U seems to have 3 type of Brake pads for the CY4A Ralliart
HC+, B-Spec and NS
http://www.project-mu.co.jp/en/products/index.html
Front: F533
Rear: T505
Maybe someone can locate a P.Mu Dealer?
