ABS TCS ASC lights on!!

ABS TCS ASC lights on!!
I took it to be scanned at mitsubishi and it said LOW VOLTAGE ABS PUMP. I cleaned the sensors and topped the braking fluid and they went off but as soon as I stopped and moved again they went on. Disconected the battery for a reset... Turned on the car and the light went off but again once I stopped and moved again they went on....
Some people tell me the hub has a magnetic ring and with the brake dust it messes up the ABS system.
I took out the ABS pump harness and cleaned the pins with contact cleaner, check the voltage of the battery when on and it was fluctuating between 14.3-14.7v.

find all the power wires to the abs module and check for 12+v
find the grounds and clean them
checking voltage at the battery would only tell you if your alternator was working.
