So something is terribly wrong with my rear left hand side brakes!! After driving the car there is a burnt smell. And I looked at my brakes it seems to be griping the the rotor to tight. There's a lot of black brake residue left on the wheel. This can't be good for the differential either!!! HELP!! Would this be covered under warranty??

 

Turned out to be a bad caliper
