Anyone know how much a custom axle back exhaust would cost just want the car to sound a little meaner or does anyone reccomend a place to get it done i leave in elmwood park nj.I just dont want to spend $500 on an exhaust thankx

 

an exhaust usually cost 800-1800 bucks depends on the brand....for our cars it is best to get a cat back exhaust system

 

OP a local mechanic i no who does good work said 200-300 for axle back with a flange that we can hookup to stock midpipe, so its plug and play

 

i got a quote for 210 in IL, i siad screw it and im going to do the exhaust flaper del and resinator del

 

I'll point out that most premade exhausts are stainless steel and not mild, plus mandrel bent. Depending on the pipe size expect to pay $300 from a garage.

 

Last year I got a custom made rear axle-back Magnaflow exhaust built by Road Race Engineering(RRE) from California which I love, and it only cost me $375 with shipping included to Maryland.
