CBRD more testing...

We finally had a chance to strap the car to the dyno and test it with the following list of CBRD parts:

CBRD Garrett Core Ralliart Specific FMIC
CBRD Hot Charge pipe (one piece, 2.5")
CBRD Cold Charge pipe (one piece, 2.5"
CBRD 3" Velocity Bell Mouth Maf/Intake
CBRD Catback Dual 3"
CBRD Resonated Test pipe
Cobb BOV
3 port pierburg solenoid- ecu boost
CBRD Tune

I need to thank Bryan (razorlab) and Jon from HB/Cobb for helping me to understand the SST better and allowing the car to handle this torque.. it was originally slipping at just 235wtq and now is holding close to 300!!

Here is the chart:

We are up quite a bit from stock (with test pipe)

Peak numbers were 256whp and 294 wtq... at 24.0 psi...

the stock turbo is out of breath up top... but the RAD lite upgrade will fix that and we will have more numbers shortly!!

I am loving this car... and our modifications are working out excellent..

Since we switched from the EVO X CBRD big fmic to the slightly smaller Ralliart Specific intercooler I was able to log that change... Basically my goals were accomplished... smaller and more compact but Identical spool because of the smaller core (less volume) but denser core (slightly higher pressure drop)....

The core is rated to 750 Crank hp... (our evo X 850-900)... so it is more than adequate for even the most demanding ralliart owner!

More pics coming!

but here are some to show what things look like..

FMIC and IC pipes:

Wow. Great numbers with stock turbo.

Do you have any info about the exhaust you guys built? Maybe a sound clip too

Very nice looking FMIC and piping, and of course very nice results Chad.

Like many others, I am also anxioulsy waiting to see what the turbo adds to your already impressive results. Please keep up the good work.

Will you offer the tune in both formats(ecuflash & accessport)? Or will it be one or the other? Be nice to have more than just AMS offering that option....

These are pretty much the normal power output (or close to) for RA's with those bolts ons correct?

Can't wait to see what the turbo will do and what the exhaust looks and sounds like

I have no idea what is normal in all honesty, because this is our first RA here...

I am very impressed with our gains.

I am also a Cobb Protuning center- and would be ok with supplying some basic maps to get everyone going. That being said, Im not certain right now what SST adjustability I have within the maps! Ill do some research.

The maps for ecuflash will be a free download.
