AMS Stages for RA
Could this be true? Stage 0 from AMS claims that RA would be faster than a stock EVO X. I thought that RA significantly lacks in power than EVO X due to the differences between the turbo.

I have a very limited understanding in this matter so any help here would be awesome.

The AMS stage 0 will give you more power then a STOCK evo x, but if he tunes the X you will be beaten :P

With the GST flash I was .3 faster than an EXO X stock. Cost was free. What does AMS charge?

Well, AMS Stage 0, which involves only a ECU reflash costs $395. I am sure that's probably only the parts & not the labor.

With an AMS reflash, there are no parts, just a firmware flash
It's very similar to the GST basemap, except the basemap is free.

I'd imagine the AMS flash is close to the basemap I put out, if so, then yes, they can be quicker then a *stock* Evo 10 in a straight line:
