UR straight pipe and high flow cat

I just got my UR high flow cat and downpipe in the mail. It seems the UR straight pipe that I had already is about a foot longer than the high flow cat. Is this right? I thought the hfc was suppose to replace the straight pipe or do these attach to one another?

UR HFC and Straight Pipe should be the same.
I think you might get the wrong one. Call them up.
I have the same setup DP and HFC. No fitment issues.

UR straight pipe and high flow cat-183775_10150097461843437_508863436_6381317_444238_n.jpg

The smaller pipe is the hfc. The longer bronze one is a straight pipe

A tad off topic, but when installing the CB is the resonator against the cat or opposite to?

s/b opposite (toward the rear/muffler) on most set-ups. Dont know about their's tho, but usually it can only fit one way due to drive shaft clearance.

How did you have that straight pipe installed before, seems too big to have replaced the stock cat (or conversely, the hfc is WAY small messing up proportional perspective)?

based on the size of the downpipe sitting next to the hfc, i'd say the straight pipe was never installed on the car and is probably for an evo 8/9 setup, and the hfc is the proper size. just a guess though.

Im having work down to my car tomorrow and I wanted to make sure all parts were there. UR was closed when I got the parts. The longer straight pipe and the bent curved pipe /w mini muffler are both the midpipe because its a two part design. I called them up this morning and they gave me that answer. So everything is there. Thanks guys.

That makes sense now, the downpipe is new design which is longer n the cat pipe is shorter to work with it
So looks like that long downpipe won't fit oem exhaust And that cat pipe won't fit oem downpipe neither
