ya i have UR UICP and LICP and i think their the best bang for buck. if ur looking for cheap i think Depo has a cheap uicp.

DC Sports has an UICP Kit that has an extra piece making it compatible with both the RA and X/aftermarket IC's. I have it on my car and works great, but honestly pipes a pipe. The advantage of the DC one is you can use it with your stock set-up, then remove one piece, and its now usable with any upgraded IC as well!
