13k and Transmission Service Required?
So the car is still at the dealer. They are going to replace the outside linkage sensor. They said if that doesn't work they will replace the whole transmission. They said it is common for the sensors in the SST get warped in hot weather over a period of time.
You better leave the code there if it stays. Don't reset it.
Bring it to the dealer. You don't want to mess around when the cost could be a replacement transmission.
If it ever skips gears than you better bring it to the dealer immediately. It took me several times to get them to replace my transmission. I kept resetting the code and taking it to the dealer. The code would be intermittent and only come up when I'm not going to the dealership.

For what it's worth, the service manager at my local dealer advised me to take a picture of any critical warnings that come up on the dash. He said it helped with presenting the case to head office for a new tranny.
Take off the battery terminals off 2.put the car in start 3.join terminals for about 10 sec 4.this will drain all the current in the electrical system put back the terminals on the battery 5. start the car there should be no codes wait if it does it again take it to the dealer.
