Transmission Overheating

Hello all!
I wanted to share my drama with you all.
Yesterday driving home I was getting off of the
freeway & my car just jerked really hard & then
my lights lite up on my dash. At first my car started
slowing down to about 20mph. After that I noticed I
had a light saying Transmission Overheating,
Service Engine Soon, and every gear it was shifting into
would shift VERY HARD (again im going around 20mph)
I drove like this for about 1 mile then I pulled into a
parking lot & popped the hood. I pulled 2 fuses (not sure
exactly which ones) that had engine symbols on them.
One was a black almost like a relay & the other was a 10AMP
small fuse.

Anyways I pulled both of those & put them back in & started
my car up. The transmission overheating mess went away but
I still had the Service Engine Soon light on.

So I wanted to take it into the Dealership to have them look at it
so I had to reflash my ECU back to stock & when I did that it cleard
the Service Engine light. So the dealership said they would have to
keep it for a few days to check everything & try to dup the trouble
since no CELs or Service Engine lights are one. I reset them.

But today I reflashed my ECU back to Stage 1_93 (COBB AP)
and so far so good.... Hoping I never run into this again.
Has anyone every run into this problem before?

Sorry for the Novel peeps
