Good idea! Maybe I'll do one at the end once all the revisions are done. I'll get rid of the Cobb ones in the first post and put it there.

I got a new revision but it's raining here in MTL Might have to wait until tomorrow to actually do a 3rd gear run. Pretty amazing how fast the car feels though on the first revision.

I originally started with a GST v2.5 93 octane+boost pill tune (and had a UICP/Works high flow/EvoX BPV). That was pretty powerful. Once I was doing the Cobb tunes, I was really dissapointed and contemplated switching back to the GST deal. The AMS custom tune is the way I went because I have an AccessPort (other wise I would have e-tuned with Bryan).

So for anyone looking for a significant power upgrade for cheap, go GST + boost pill + 93 oct (with other light modifications). I'm sure I was running about 240whp then.

How much timing do you run at peak torque?

I'll have to look at my datalogs when I get home tonight. I have a 2nd tune revision to reflash. I'll check on that one and let you know.

Jasoob, Your weight seems a bit light. You have a sportback so just the sportback alone is close to the weight you are putting in the dyno software.

Don't forget you are also driving the car.

I've taken off at least 100lbs of stuff of the car...(bracing, insulation, changing to lighter weight components, no spare). So it's pretty much a wash. Plus I always only keep like 1/4 tank to do dyno runs.

That being said, I'm at rev 3 now. For some reason, the boost isn't going up. It was supposed to but it's still only peaking at 22. The goal is 24. More work to be done! Here's (2) pulls with rev3:

maybe switch to a setup with a 3port boost control solenoid? Oh, and no boost leaks? what bov did you have? and is your wastegate preload alright?

When I originally started with Cobb, we had boost up to 24-25psi so there's no issue with leaks. I'm using an EvoX BPV. I think it's just a tune issue right now. I know the AMS stage 2 has significantly more power that what I have right now and it's for less components so hopefully rev4-5 will start getting there.

You graph wont show it, but if your using the stock waste gate with stock ralliart 'boost solenoid' but the boost line is actually a lot more rigid than that. (It fluctuates way to much) So I got a 3 port and a 18psi Forge waste gate, and with just those to mods my boost line flattened and I gained power and it felt better when driving it.

Rev5, whp is up! Boost curve is a little funky. A lot of tapering down.

That looks like slipping clutch so your power figures are now skewed.

If you can put up a RPM plot you can know for sure

Why do you think the clutch is slipping?

How do I plot RPM in virtual dyno? My RPM is in the graph I posted already. What are you looking for specifically?
