Hi,

I just installed my new UR hfc metal core. I am just wondering what others have done with the rear 02 sensor wire. The stock Cat has that nice piece of metal to route the wire, however nothing on the UR HFC. Right now the cable is just about an inch below the pipe, but not secured at all. I am worried to route it over the HFC due to driveshaft, and don't want it close to the HFC due to the heat. Would be good to see some pictures of what others have done if you have them. On a side note, I am not sure what UR is thinking with the bolts they send with the HFC. First they are not really that long, second they are skinny, 14mm in my opinion is too small, they don't send any lock washers and last, they suck, stripped two of them that didn't even have 40 ft/lb of torque applied to them. Cost me 7$ at local store to get way better bolts and all the washers for some piece of mind.

 

Never mind, found a bracket that shields the driveshaft, I just zipped the wire to that and then to the hanger bracket. Found it in a picture in this thread https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...-56k-gtfo.html If anyone is interested.
