Just because it's not a x turbo doesn't mean it's not worth it.
Not looking down at the RAD at all. I chose the evo x swap due to all the support and mods the evo x has compared to the ralliart. If I wanted to go bigger than a stock evo x turbo I can, which in my sig Im just waiting now to having it installed. I prefer to not be limited.

Since cbrd wanted to create the RAD they should support the R&D for a widemouth downpipe. Just saying.
CBRD actually pushed UR to make the divorced-02 downpipe for the RA/RAD turbo configuration, which is why that exists. I think we were just looking for another option, especially since the AMS widemouth seems to be such a popular choice among the X crowd.

Unfortunately, as mentioned, AMS is a business minded company, especially nowadays since they are looking to expand their market further into the high-end GTR/Porsche crowd, and it is just not going to be very profitable spending the time and resources to make a widemouth for the RA. (Maybe put together 25+ guys willing to pay up-front to have it made and things may change, but good luck with that)

Just ask UR how many RA long downpipes they've sold since they came out and I'm sure the answer will be astronomically lower than the number they've sold for the X. At least that option is still out there, though.

If AMS does ever decide to change their mind, though, I'd just like to say that I am a very willing, and local, guinea pig... lol

it's stuff like this that makes the whole point of choosing X swap over the RAD (that I've obviously tried to argue over and over)

I think it's pointless that RA guys keep trying to create their own niche market when they're running (essentially) the same motor and trans as Evo's. didn't you buy your RA because of it's Evo qualities?
