Fp Red Dyno Results
#20
Sorry i missed your post. I just got my intake manifold back from being ported. Waiting on my synapse dv to come in (2 week back order). My new gaskets and spark plugs should be in this week. Hopefully by the end of this month i should have new numbers. Anything else you think i should add to my setup?

Sweet!
I now have a FP Red sitting on my bedroom floor (partly due to that dyno plot, lol). Hoping to do an install in about a month, then tune it over the winter.
Something to consider might be a 64mm throttle body (sounds like that is going to be your only "bottle neck"). I'm going to do one (eventually), but mostly because my stock one has a small leak, so I might as well upgrade if I'm going to replace it.
But in all honesty, you have a grip of power; if you want to do something else, work on suspension I'm not sure how you use the car, but it performs amazingly in and out of corners (vs pretty good for red light to red light).
Oh and MOST importantly, get in touch with an very well experienced SST tuner (not sure who you use). You will be making more than enough power for your clutches to just "open" without proper tweaks (it still happpens to me occasionally if I get too heavy on the throttle before the SST is fully warmed up, and that's on the stock TD05).

Me too! I hate it when that happens and the engine just revs high and you sit there like an idiot until the clutches finally engage again.

Glad your going to be running a red also. Really looking forward to seeing your results. I thought about upgrading the throttle body but looking over some old threads the results didn't impress me. Suspension is next on the list along with a bbk. I have the sst tuning covered but like you said only so much can be done right now.

nice gain!
Ive got 1000cc injectors as well and im running a walbro 255 on both 98ron and E70-85 flex fuel. Thats on a Ef2 so your bigger red might get by or maybe slightly bigger pump for some extra overhead.
