Dreaded P2263?

First off, I know there are many threads on this code, believe me, I've read them all, even on other sites, but still can't seem to find out my problem.

Situation:

About a week ago, I was getting onto the highway(was about 80 outside), as my car started to "sputter" and then fell flat on its face, giving me absolutely no power, and no boost. I quickly pulled over and checked all hoses and piping to the best I could, found nothing, then drove home. When I got home I then took ALL of my piping off, even bought new hose clamps, then re-installed them all, and found no noticeable leaks, or holes, and still no luck. Well then my car threw a "P2263" code on the AP, which is "Intake Charge System Malfunction", which is normally loose piping or something similar. The car wont hit anything above -0.1 boost via the AP.

What I've tried:

Took off and reinstalled all piping.
Checked boost hoses, vacuum lines
Had a boost leak test done

When I had a boost leak test done, I found a leak coming out from the Compressor outlet pipe, because there was no gasket. I then bought a gasket, tightened the pipe back to the turbo, and still, NOTHING. Local tuner told me if I've ever messed with the intercooler piping I may have bent the outlet pipe, so I ordered a new one from ATP, which should be here tomorrow, but I'd still like some input from you guys, and see what yall think.

Im also taking it to a shop to take the intake side off the turbo and check the inside, because I have a Megan race manifold, which are known to either crack, or break welds, so maybe a piece is stuck in the turbine, who knows. Also, today the
car very briefly hit full boost, but then stop again. I never heard any loud noises.

Any input is VERY appreciated guys, thanks in advance.

DTC P2263: INTAKE CHARGE SYSTEM MALFUNCTION
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The ECM indicates or monitors a minimum prescribed value of volumetric efficiency within the boost operation range, which is determined by the signals from the throttle position sensor and the engine speed.
DTC SET CONDITIONS
Check Conditions
Engine speed is between 3,000 and 5,000 r/min.
Throttle position sensor (main) output voltage is more than 2 volts.
Judgment Criterion
Volumetric efficiency is less than 100 percent for 2 seconds.
FAIL-SAFE AND BACKUP FUNCTION
Fuel is cut in engine overboost condition.
TROUBLESHOOTING HINTS (The most likely causes for this code to be set are)
Turbocharger wastegate actuator failed.
Turbocharger wastegate regulating valve failed.
Charging pressure control system failed.
Intake charge pressure leak.
ECM failed.
DIAGNOSIS
Required Special Tools:

MB991958: Scan Tool (M.U.T.-III Sub Assembly)
MB991824: V.C.I.
MB991827: USB Cable
MB991910: Main Harness A
STEP 1. Using scan tool MB991958, check actuator test item 20: Turbocharger Wastegate Solenoid.
CAUTION: To prevent damage to scan tool MB991958, always turn the ignition switch to the "LOCK" (OFF) position before connecting or disconnecting scan tool MB991958.

Connect scan tool MB991958 to the data link connector.
Turn the ignition switch to the "ON" position.
Set scan tool MB991958 to the actuator test mode for item 20, Turbocharger Wastegate Solenoid.
An operation sound should be heard and vibration should be felt when the turbocharger wastegate solenoid is operated.
Turn the ignition switch to the "LOCK" (OFF) position.
Q: Is the solenoid operating properly?

YES: Go to Step 2.

NO: Refer to DTC P0243 - TURBOCHARGER WASTEGATE SOLENOID CIRCUIT .

STEP 2. Check for intake system vacuum leak.
Q: Are there any abnormalities?

YES: Repair it. Then go to Step 7.

NO: Go to Step 3.

STEP 3. Check the intake charge pressure.
Refer to INTAKE CHARGE PRESSURE CHECK .

Q: Are there any abnormalities?

YES: Repair or replace it. Then go to Step 7.

NO: Go to Step 4.

STEP 4. Check the intake charge pressure control system.
Refer to INTAKE CHARGE PRESSURE CONTROL SYSTEM CHECK .

Q: Are there any abnormalities?

YES: Repair or replace it. Then go to Step 7.

NO: Go to Step 5.

STEP 5. Check the turbocharger wastegate actuator.
Refer to TURBOCHARGER WASTEGATE ACTUATOR CHECK .

Q: Are there any abnormalities?

YES: Repair it. Then go to Step 7.

NO: Go to Step 6.

STEP 6. Using scan tool MB991958, read the diagnostic trouble code (DTC).
Turn the ignition switch to the "ON" position.
Set scan tool MB991958 to the data reading mode for item 13, Throttle Position Sensor (main).
CAUTION: During a test drive, the data list must be read by someone other than the driver.

Accelerate the vehicle within the engine speed range of 3,000 to 5,000 r/min while a minimum of 2 volts is being output by the throttle position sensor (main).
After completing the test drive, read the DTC. Turn the ignition switch to the "LOCK" (OFF) position.
Q: Is the DTC P2263 set?

YES: Replace the ECM. When the ECM is replaced, register the ID code. Refer to ID CODE REGISTRATION NECESSITY JUDGMENT TABLE <VEHICLES WITH KOS> or ID CODES REGISTRATION JUDGMENT TABLE <VEHICLES WITH WCM> . Then go to Step 7.

NO: It can be assumed that this malfunction is intermittent. Refer to HOW TO COPE WITH INTERMITTENT MALFUNCTIONS .

STEP 7.

YES: Retry the troubleshooting.

NO: The inspection is complete.

Had it looked at today, and the turbine is not spinning, so im thinking that a piece of the manifold broke loose and got jammed down through there. Taking it back tomorrow to see.

Fingers crossed.

Have the car at Evolution Dynamics now getting that done.
And really hoping that something stuck is my problem, because i read up on another forum someone had the same problem with the same manifold I have, because a weld broke loose and fell into the turbo.
