Stock ABS BOV Broken Vac Nipple
Stock ABS BOV Broken Vac Nipple
Hi Everyone,
I was painting my stock BOV last night when it slipped on the hanger and fell 4 feet to the ground. The small vacuum nipple on top snapped off as a result and I'm looking for a new BOV now. My question is, will epoxy hold the nipple on tight enough for regular driving negative pressure? It's been drying for over 12 hours now and I will be waiting until tomorrow before I put it back on the car. Any help appreciated!

I can't answer your question of whether or not it will hold up. It might hold for the short term, but for the long term, I'd just buy an evo x bov from someone on this forum. evo x bov is metal, so its a lot more sturdier than our stock plastic bov.
