While installing my o2 dump
My wga fell bending the **** out of the nipple
I put the wga in a vice in an attempt to fix it
Was able to straighten the nipple but thier is still a slight crimp on the nipple
Is this wga shot?

 

Without pictures we will not be able to give our advice. For the price if a used WGA, I would just replace it.

Where in MI are you? I have a 9 wga I would give to you for free. I'm on the east side of the state around where 94 and 696 meet.

 

Is this a stock MHI IX actuator? A picture is worth a thousand words. I would say go ahead and try the piece to see if it still works. At least I would try it if it was me. But, I am stupid. You really have nothing to lose.

 

Replace it. Not worth trying to fix it if its already bent. You already damaged the structural integrity of it by bending it back and it could break or crack under pressure. Used ones go for pretty cheap or you could just get a stock apperaing one with a higher psi spring if you needed it. Such as an FP WG.

Threw it on. wga wont hold boost
My dump opens when abt 20% or less throttle is applied in all gears

 

The consensus is thumbs down on your bent actuator nipple.

 

This makes sense.

 

In case anyone was wondering...yes I really am that awesome.

I would much rather make a total stranger's day than make $10 on some stuff that's collecting dust. What goes around comes around!
