Evoscan 101?

Evoscan 101?
So, I bought the Evoscan program on a whim, not sure exactly what I'd use it for. I figured I'd get in there and play with it a bit. I discovered it's not really intuitive at all!
I guess I'm looking for visual aids, really. I don't have anything specific in mind to track or log. (Although I did want to look at boost levels after install the boost pill)
Can someone help me out with configuration? Is there any basic ideas for use by a tuning novice? Is there a way the configuration can be saved and shared with others?
