Buy tomei arms turbo, ams intercooler, tomei titanium intercooler pipe, and oil line and fuel injectors. Also you would have to replace your transmission to heavy duty gears mrt performance.au has it Bret Middleton is a genius shoot him an email but he takes a long time to reply though. Your stock transmission can only handle up to 350 and still be reliable anything more and you will have to upgrade your transmission.

Is this the best way to go then upgrade the intercooler, intake and exhaust system?
Im hoping to hit 380-420 with a MAP EF-3 setup with a Jacks transmissions 600hp fully built sst... anything over 310wtq on stock clutches will fry them. will let you know results when i get it on the dyno when the trans comes back from jacks. Keep in mind you need to have ALL supporting mods (Injectors, fuel pump, intake, exhaust, etc etc...) It takes a lot of modification to get there, but it works. if you want to switch to a twin scroll turbo you need to get an X exhaust manifold too. Also all the necessary hardware. Stock block should be able to take more hp then torque. My tuner suggests keep it safe and under 400wtq to keep reliability.

This is the exact thread I needed to read! I have a 2011 Ralliart and I am hoping to push 400HP as well with my car. This thread seems to have the right recipe to achieve what we want. I am on a budget as well but will be saving up for the transmission upgrade since that seems like it will be a must. Thanks for all the input guys, you have made it much easier for me to learn and put that knowledge toward my car. Build it right the first time!

Good luck getting an appointment there, I can't even get CBRD to email or call me back with a date to come in for a turbo install and tune......it's now been 3 weeks since I first contacted them and my phone calls and emails have been largely ignored. I was told that they were busy and would get back to me after 1 week, and haven't heard from them since. And this is not the first time that there's been a significant lack of communication in my dealings with them. Not happy with CBRD

There are no bespoke Ralliart big turbos. They're all for the EvoX. So, you'll have to get one of those. You don't have to upgrade to an X turbo first, but you do need to make sure you have all the EvoX turbo mounting hardware to upgrade to something bigger than a X turbo.

Myself, I skipped the OEM X turbo and went straight to the BBX Lite. The parts list is exactly like the EvoX turbo swap parts list, with the turbo being the primary difference.
what about the transmission? Did you make any changes? Or you keep it stock? I guess after replace intake exhaust intercooler and turbo u required a tune right?

You likely won't get a response from the original folks as this is a 10 year old thread but I can give you a little guidance.

The transmission in the ralliarts are the same as the evo X MR so likely nothing needs to be upgraded there as long as the power level doesn't get too high. And yes, after an exhaust, intake, intercooler and turbo change, a tune would be required.
