Injen SRI + UICP for Evo X

Does anybody know if that setup fits the ralliart? Anybody have it installed? I was looking for a uicp to fit the evo x ic and came across the package on lancershop. Since I don't have an intake yet I was thinking this is a good deal.

You'd have to move your battery to the trunk to fit that intake.

Stop and think.

Are you going to upgrade the IC to EVO X? (you should). Then wait untiil you do to get the correct UICP.

Are you eventually going to get an EVO X Turbo swap?

My point is: 'What is your goal for the car?' What is your budget?

Telling us this will reduce the buying of parts/selling parts/buying parts...

Yes I just picked up an evo x ic, don't think I'm gonna do the turbo swap l, prob just gonna push out as much as I can with the stock turbo, I'm not really looking to race or anything just want a little more power. I just saw that injen package and was curious about it. Actually gonna try the custom made sri with the evo x maf housing and play with that for a while. It's cheap enough and ican swap between that and a drop in filter which I have now. But I am looking for an uicp so I can install that ic. The ur one looks really nice and I've heard nothing but good things.

Why do you want an intake ? Just use your evox stock fmic and a dyno tune and be done. You will get all the cooling power you need and more hp and tq that you are looking for. The stock airbox flows fantastic and keeps your temps down. No need for an intake in my opinion. Plenty of guys keep their stock air box and make amazing gains without the short ram HAI ( Hot Air Intake ) lol
Just save the money for something else man

To answer OP:

Yes, any UICP for EVO X will bolt up to Evo X IC and our turbo outlet. With a reducer - you won't have to change the LICP.

i agree, just a drop in air filter is 90% of the goodness of a SRI for our car. And sooo much easier/cheaper! Save the SRI $$ for a tune or GST Basemap, or high flow cat or test pipe for gains you will notice.
