What do I need to replace?

My 09 RA has 112,000 miles. It had a compression test done at 105,000 because it wouldn't start one day and the mechanic was trying to troubleshoot issues. One of my cylinders had 45lbs of compression while the rest had 150.

My serpentine belt has never been replaced nor any other belts. My spark plugs were replaced but most likely, NOT with iridium type.

What would you all suggest spending money on first? The car drives amazing with no issues except when Im doing 3rd gear pulls WOT and I get a slight stutter/exhaust putter-sound.

Checked my spark plugs, thankfully they were replaced with NGK ILKR8E6. I will be replacing my serpentine belt, water pump.

But the question still remains why am I experiencing power fluctuations while in WOT and what can I replace/fix to alleviate this problem.

When the compression test was done was the engine cold or at normal operating temp?

The shop did drive it quite a bit, I showed over 15 miles put on the car from the 3 days they had it. I would assume they warmed it up before doing the compression test but I'm not 100% sure. This Friday, a friend of mine who is a mechanic is going to take a thorough look at my engine and clean my throttle body and do another compression test. I'll report back this weekend when I know more.

I just hope you do not have to buy a new bottom end. If there are any shops that specialize in these vehicles in your area I would just bring it to them. And yes, do another compression test just to ensure it was done correctly. Good luck, hope it isnt something that will cost you thousands
