Cobb Stage 2 not boosting over 10psi

I have a 2010 RA with a Cobb. I recently went ahead and bought Cobbs EBCS and installed it and re flashed my ECU to stage 2 93 octane. But now it seems the car won't boost over 10psi and the STFT doesn't really keep up and after a short time of accelerating the STFT shows 0.00%. The even at 4psi th fuel trim is showing a negative percent. I have a stock intake, DC Sports catback exhaust, Cobbs EBCS, and a UR Upper intercooler pipe.

When I was on stage 1 I could easily boost past 10psi. I'm running Cobbs stage 2 map version 3.01. And unfortunately I can't go back to stage 1 becaus when I was installing the boost controller I broke the nipple off the stock controller.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I had a similar problem with mine when i swapped their 3pbs in, i didn't have the stft and fuel trim problem but mine solution was checking my hoses one of mine wasn't held on tight enough and popped off.

I've trippled check the hoses. They are all routed right and tight on the nipples. I can triple check but I'm pretty sure everything's right.

I broke the OEM BCS when I took it off. The new Cobb BCS is fine and nothing is broken on that.

Ok, so yesterday I drove like a mad man and got to like 14.xpsi at about 3/4 of the pedal down. But the short term fuel trim goes went up to 7.xx then showed 0.00. Also, I'm not quite sure if WB AEM AFR is accurate or not. Crushing around it shows 11.8 or so then under heavy acceleration it kinda stays around there.

Cobb says I don't need a protune. But then a tuner shop says I need a protune. I am so very confused. Lol

that is very confusing especially that you are only peaking around 14.5 psi, i peak at 21psi. honestly check and see if its the fuel map. ive noticed that my car on stage 2 91 octane tune it runs a little smoother than on the stage 2 93 octane tune. if that doesn't change anything saving up and getting a pro tune will not only fix your problem (hopefully) but squeeze some more power out of your car.

When do you see you get to 21psi? Under WOT or just heavy acceleration? I've been talking to a protuner and sent them a data log and he said all my numbers looks good. I'm just worried to drive aggressive one day and something happens.

Heavy acceleration. It's not consistent though some times i peak 21 sometimes i peak 19, but again thats peak not taper, i usually taper around 15-16 psi.

What are you reading your boost levels from? A gauge? If so did you check the connections to your boost gauge? Maybe try a friend's spare gauge to see if your is reading correctly. By any chance do you know if your BOV is working correctly?
