I have the code p187a which says gear block fifth. What does this mean?

I actually never noticed. There was some times where k had got on it when I was going about 60 and I let off just as it let go of sixth and it revved up to grab fifth because it had been pulling hard but it went back to sixth because I had let off. This happens to me in any car tho. Could have that caused the code?? It shifts into and out of fifth all the time still without a problem. Smooth yet firm.
