Turbo "rebuild" option?

I don't remember where I saw it, but a few months ago I followed a link on one of the Ralliart forums to a turbo "rebuild" option. For about $1300 they would send a new turbo that was basically a stock RA turbo with the internals replaced to generate a claimed extra 100hp (give or take). Once the turbo was received you sent them your OE turbo to complete the swap (and keep the price down). Now that I finally have some money to put into the car I have searched and searched and cannot find this anywhere. Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about? Can anyone send a link or company name/website or something along those lines?
I'm kind of stuck as I don't want to spend $1500ish on intake, exhaust, and other bolt-ons to get an extra 25hp if theres options out there to get me 60-80hp instead.
Currently have only done springs (Tein), wheels/tires (235/40), cobb stage 2 with BCS, and just did the brakes this past weekend (stoptech slotted rotors, EBC red stuff pads). Figure now that the handling is getting settled a bit I need some more giddy-up before I worry about the other handling issues like sway bars, etc...
I've read as many of the "upgrades list" threads as I can bear but they almost all point in a different direction as to what to do first, what brands are best, etc...so I'd rather do the biggest thing I can afford first and go from there. That way I reduce the chances that I have to double-replace anything.
Thanks for any help I can get...

This company produces the Rad Full, BBX, and BBK turbos. He is on numerous forums such as RA Revolution and a few others. Also provides warranties

The Rad Full is the turbo for the Ralliart

Thank you guys for the info and advice. I will be contacting danca this week to discuss the possibilities. I will also post again after to give people follow up info.
For any reading these, just wanted ask this as well. How high wold you go on boost without changing other engine internals? Is the only thing a "better" turbo does is provide higher boost psi or is there more to the equation? I understand some of the quality is related to what boost it provides at lower rpm and such but the extent of my knowledge is mostly from car and Driver articles...
Again, thanks!

Aaron

The 4B11T in the RA is the same as the 4B11T in an EVO, except the crank in the EVO is rated to 500HP. Our tranny limits us (not the engine) to 300hp/300 ft pounds torque.

Part #'s are exactly the same for the crank shaft also. No difference at all. I went item by item in the Mitsubishi Parts log and looked this up for everything, block, crank, rods, pistons, cams etc. What limits the Ralliart and EVO MR is the transmission.

With that in mind, is their any for sure way of strengthening the transmission to get more out of it and push the car further?

Rebuild by yourself(least recommended)
Jacks or SSP Transmissions(I believe SSP is the better of the two)

Sure, it just depends how much you want to spend, here's a link with some options from SSP:
