Ecu Flash and boost pill

Whats everyone's thoughts to a ecu flash upgrade and a boost pill?

Also does anyone know where I can purchase the tactrix 2.0 cable and the boost pill?

Should this be 1st on some ones list to do as far as upgrading? (Boost pill and tune) and is the tactrix cable a "must have"?
