Wastegate Actuator

I was hoping someone can point me in the right direction. My wastegate actuator went bad and Im having a hard time tracking one down. Two dealerships have informed me that they do not sell it separately and I would have to buy a complete turbo assembly.

I have also been all over the interwebs, I just want an OEM part or one that is a direct bolt in needing no modifications.

Thanks in advance for your assistance!

Unfortunately I was never able to find one. I bought a turbo mart unit for the evolution and modified it to work, then fine tuned the springs to do what's I needed

What type of modifications did you have to make?

Had to shorten the actuation rod about an inch, and tap the knuckle deeper. A local machine shop wouldn't charge much to do thatthe thread size is 1/4-27. I bought the 24 psi because it came with a 3,10, and 11 lb sting set which I ended up using to run 13 lb....even though I'm running 24 # peak boost

If you want to go a bit further afield, I guess you could give GT Pumps a call here in Australia. I know they do "stock Evo X TD05" style wastegate actuators, as I've got one of theirs on my car. However, I'm not sure what the score is with Ralliart TD04 fitment.

It can't hurt to ask, though.

I was never able to find one and am getting ready to buy the Turbo Smart for the Evo and have it modified.

Sorry for the delay, I travel 95% of the time for work and the car has been sitting almost a year now. A waste, I know.
