I've been looking at dozens of videos of 09+ RA exhausts, but it seems like almost all of the cat-backs sound about the same (between Borla, Magnaflow, UR, etc.). Do other people actually notice a difference in sound? I realize there will probably be a difference between the cat-back alone and a cat-back+HFC, but it seems like we don't actually get a whole lot of variance in sound unless we go full custom exhaust.

If the sound is about the same, do people notice any other difference that swayed their choice for exhaust (price, look, brand, fitment)?

 

It's tough to judge sound on video. Don't forget borla...with my hfc it sounds like a friggen raceway. Don't forget the turbo limits the difference an exhaust can make.
