Stock RA: Down-pipe on Stock turbo??
Would an aftermarket down pipe be worth it as Basic Power upgrade other than a HF cat (which is a must from what I've read)?

Best power upgrade for the money is getting a boostpill and loading the corresponding GST tune for your car.
