I got a 2011 Ralliart where its making a like scraping/grinding clunk noise when it downshifts from 5th to 4th. Talked to someone about it and they said probably a bad synchro. So im just wondering since they evo x uses the same trans can you use evo synchros or do i have to find RA ones?
or should i just upgrade the trans?

 

The Evo MR and Ralliart use the exact same transmission minus the ralliart has slightly longer 5th and 6th gears.

 

From my understanding the synchros are just a guide from what i’ve read? Just not sure if that difference means a different size part or not

 

Best bet would be to send an inquire to kozmic or Jacks. But they should be the same.
