Well I just did it last week.
Step 1: Jack up car
Step 2: Lossen bolts, breaker bar and wd-40 might be needed
Step 3: Take O2 sensor out
Step 4: Remove all bolts
Step 5: Put new HFC on (if UR, I recommend getting better bolts, nuts, washers and lock washers)
Step 6: Tighten all bolts
Step 7: Install O2 sensor, put some anti-seize on threads
Step 8: Check for leaks
Step 9: Enjoy
Pretty simple, think that is why no real how to do it thread.

As far as gaskets go, contact any aftermarket company that makes exhaust components (AMS, CP-E, Buschur, UR, to name a few) and they will be able to get you what you need for relatively cheap, though usually when you buy a new HFC or TP it will come with all new gaskets and hardware.

Ill be sitting on this project until the wideband arrives, along with the wait on the 2.7. My tp didn't come with any new gaskets so that's why I asked, I wouldn't mind making my own its really not that difficult. Just the guys at napa really didn't know what I was asking for (morons). Gotta get some antiseize stuff though. Thanks for the inputs
