remove heat shielding with 10 mm wrench or socket
remove hangar and do not lose
remove both factory O2 sensors do not drop
17 mm for back midpipe to testpipe connection
loosen but do not remove as it will drop seeing as your exhaust hangar is gone
19mm for front of testpipe to downpipe connection (penny lube will be required)
safely remove your test pipe and begin onto your downpipe
with a 14mm socket handy and two medium extensions or one extra long remove the right bolt DO NO STRIP. after the bolt has been removed turn the downpipe down and to the drivers side of the car( ROTATE CLOCKWISE). you should have lots of room to remove the last bolt and safely remove the downpipe

 

pictures? haha JK sounds pretty straight forward. the DP upper bolts are way up there, hey? it's always a pita to reach. glad you didn't have any problems.

did they supply nice mls (multi layer steel) exhaust gaskets? i got pretty crappy compressed ones for my ebay DP and exhaust on the Silvia and they ended up blowing out and leaking exhaust fumes, not to mention the horrible sound it made.
