UR cat back extra piece?

So despite probably sounding like a total fool. I received my ultimate racing cat back yesterday. not the full exhaust system, just the dual cat back muffler. from all the pictures of it installed it looked like it should just connect right to the factory midpipe. but in the box there was also another piece i cant seem to locate in any of the pictures. it has a curve and it looks like the muffler connects right onto the straight pipe. no turns on anything like that. exhaust systems have never been my forte but this seemed like a pretty easy install. but i just have no idea where this extra piece goes or why. if anybody can help me out i would greatly appreciate it

that is one very confused statement..
i think wut u got is dual muffler (not cat)..
and what u got is axleback.. (if u say it should connect to the factory midpipe)

my guess is this piece would sit between ur UR muffler and OEM midpipe...

ooooh i see what you're saying, for the pic of just the muffler they didnt bother just setting it up. they just took the same pic of it from the full exhaust system they sell, with their midpipe and whatnot. okay thanks for the clarification. i see i woulda figured it out when i jacked it up but i ddint want to go in without knowing what was up. thanks again

Yes that is the part that makes the (performance muffler) exhaust connect to the factory midpipe. I have the performance muffler and that's what mine came with
