I currently have the Evo X wing on my OB Ralliart. I saw the look of the Evo 8 wing on the Ralliart and am in love with it! Any ideas as to how close the Evo 8 wing mounting holes will align up to the Evo X mounts or the factory ralliart ones?

Any knowledge or thoughts are appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Yeah except he hasnt posted here in over 8 months. Doubt hes gonna come back just to answer this question.

 

I have mounted an evo 8/9 wing on my car. It is not an OEM wing though.

 

Can you give me some tips or any kind of direction on what you did to install it?

Edit: went to 2 body shops near my house, and they said it can't be done. Can someone that has done this please help me out. Thank you.

 

I'm sure it can be done, but the question is "How hard will it be?". I'm looking into an X wing, but would be interested in this as well. I wouldnt mind the classic look, plus it wouldn't look like a poser X. The last thing I want is to look like a poser, but I don't like the OEM low wing either...

 

if you have the low rise wing you will need to make two additional holes. One on each side. if you are coming from the evo x wing I believe it should mount right up. keep in mind you have the tab from the ralliart/evo wing visible. I can take pictures for you if you need it. LMK

 

pix of the mounting holes somwehat would be great. im trying to decide if i want to go evoX or evo8 style or even the scorpion evox wing for my RA. cant stand the low rise OE spoiler
