I don't believe he replaced it. I think he just rotated it. When you install the hanger it looks like it should go on one way cuz it seems to fit better. Its due to the hangers on the exhaust being a little closer than they should be. Just make sure that the hole with the indents is the one u use to hang it from the car, the other two flush holes on the rubber hanger will go on the muffler.

Not nessary but u would to get more hp out of it. i'm gonna wait till i'm done with all my mods.

Same here as soon as I get some more money to knock all my parts off my list I will be driving up to ams.

 

All I did was rotate the rubber hanger so it sits a lil higher. I was at a car meet tonight and a buddy of mine who works at a very famous shop tould me that an old shop trick he learned was to take a hose clamp put it on the rubber hanger and tighten it so it make the rubber hanger a bit shorter thus lifting the exhaust a little.
