1) your boy messed up and the lip isn't coming...ever.
2) its sitting on a boat somewhere, i'd imagine in the ocean. But regardless of where the boat is located, we as humans have become advanced enough to develop a tracking system for shipments. I'm sure the manufacturer could call the supplier and say "Hi there, this is douchebag A, do you know where the lip i ordered is?" and the likely reply would be "oh sure, let me look.... looks like its on backorder OR looks like its on this boat, scheduled to arrive in this port on this day etc.
I'm no expert on international shipping, but if i were a betting man, i'm sure all those ports and boats would have thier **** together as to whats on each boat, and when its going to get wherever it has to be... customs is another variable though.
I hate to hate on you guys, but instead of pussyfooting around with the manufacturer (like is the previous email snippets on this thread) grow a pair and ask him what the **** is up. my $0.02

I'm a little turned off by this thread now. I already spent the cash on new wheels. I'm not trying to bash but if the vendor is having so much issue with getting the Ralliart lip why don't they jus design one themselves? The X has its unique lips so why can't we as well? Why do we have to wait until Christmas for a replica lip from a company that is shut down? To be honest it makes me feel that the vendor isn't really dedicated to doing much for the RA.

This vendor is on board with the RA. The are taking a risk with it, cuz it is a niche market. But they will come through for us. I have asked them where it is. And maybe they are also getting jerked around. All I know is that the spats that I designed are in ther hands. They are moulding them and getting ready to produce. Yea it may be a small step, but it is a step in the right direction. If u really need a lip that bad, get the one from eBay. But when u have to put twice the cost of it into getting it to fit right. Don't come back this way with ur junk tucked between your legs.

Not to add fuel to the fire but its annoying when an ebay company shows more dedication than a highly favored vendor. Their lips aren't pretty but at least they actually care to make them. I would much rather see the vendor fabricate their own especially after seeing so much interest for it instead of lolli-gagging on replicating a hard to get piece. I'm sure if that was the case we would've had a lip by now.
n my RA & gc i do appreciate you guys looking out for us and trying to get us some much needed attention. I would try to get the vendor to fabricate something up for us, or at least modify one of the lip from the X to fit our cars.
