Just to serve as an update, I decided to contact japanparts.com to get more info on the RA lip. Here's their response:

Dear Sir

Thank you so much for your inquiry. My name is Yuki from Japanparts.com. About Japanparts #377-038-003, RALLIART has NOT closed completely so I still can get the part for you. Mitsubishi Japan is now handling RALLIART parts so I can get it for you from them. However, Mitsubishi Japan has told me that the part is backordered right now and will take about a month to get here.

awesome, hopefully they will keep producing other ralliart products, and hopefully with the same or better quality

Please take me off the list. I'm starting to realize how much I scrape everywhere and think that the lip would only last about 1/2 hr before Sydneys awesome roads ripped it off.

thats the reason why im waiting for this replica instead of getting the genuine RA lip

i rather scrape this replica then the real thing, wont hurt as much lol

This is pretty much dead. The OP bought an Evo and the only Known person in the US to have the official lip just totaled his car.

oh wow i didnt no there was only 1 owner in US? now i feel like i need to get my hands on this so i can be "THE ONE" lol

^ i think that looks bad with those vents at the bottom, if they split it where its just the top off it would look good
