I didnt post the email making it obvious that the company is question was ********. you or the other guy did. If you guys wanted to keep it a secret then the sensitive info on there would have been removed.

I've done nothing but state the obvious. And as a consumer, and potential purchaser of the product, i have done nothing wrong. The point i made was, who cares if its rexspeed or rrm or some other carbon fiber distributor, the fact remains we as the people lined up on the list have no reason not to know who is making it, or updates about the product. If they are so upfront with you via email, why not just publically update the thread themselves?

I dont see such secrecy on the Evo section pertaining to new products from them, do you?

oh im sure that ******** will toss a potentially $20,000 project away over having the fact they are making the product known. If anything, it should help sell more, they make top notch stuff.

 

So can the "Vendor"() give any further info on if they're ever going to receive the Ralliart lip?
If it's on backorder still then there's no hope of this ever happening as Ralliart doesn't exist anymore...............................

does the stating vendor out loud help the progress of R&D and purchasing the lip? no..

Wasnt starting anything. Just like many others have said previously, am wondering why it needs to be kept secret. And as i stated, the information as to who it was was leaked weeks ago on this thread, i had nothing to do with it, so its not like i broke some news bulletin saying what i said.

I should stress, im not upset in anyways about the amount of time its taking. I have no blame or fault on anyone, i just like clarity is all.

 

As both members who are communicating with the vendor has said quite a few times, the vendor doesn't want to get a hundred PMs or emails a day asking how the progress is coming on the lip, which will happen cause most RA owners are like myself and hate waiting for the parts even though we have to to get quality products.

The emails with the vendor info in it by mistake were removed asap so most of the members wouldn't know who it was.

 

I cant remember what pages its on, but more then once the region that this vendor is in is talked about. Anyone outside of the newest members will catch on quickly enough.

I get the doesnt want the 1000 questions argument, but i think its safe to say they get that with every product awaiting release on this and other boards. As stated, i didnt understand the need for secrecy, but im not about to antagonize fellow members into emailing them either, so ill edit out there name in my previous post for now. however, the 2 people who quoted me will need to edit the quotes on their particular posts.

 

We all need to relax. I understand everyones frustrations. I myself am also waiting for one. I shared some PMs that were sent to me so everyone would know that this was legit. I made a mistake in my editing and let a small amout of info out. I appreciate all those that kept it to themselves. And I thank you for editing it out of your post. I will try to get an update and see if they have anything else in the works.
