Black RRM after install pics

I just installed my RRM springs today myself, actually my dad and I. It took a total of 4 hours and that included finding tools and watching both videos.
Pretty easy install. Did not have a spring compressor, but did have a lift and a little impact gun. The lift was veeeery helpful for easy access. Only problem we had was getting the bolt off the top of the back of the shocks. Had to put the washer in a vice, then loosen the bolt.
I didn't take any pics of the install because the videos pretty much cover everything.

My car is a 2010 with 1500 miles at time of the install. I've driven about 30 miles on the new springs and can tell it's a little bit rougher ride, but not much. I'm sure with more driving, i'll never notice.

I love the look! Definitely worth it, so far!

Yeah, 4 hours.. but that was from driving into the shop to driving out and clean up. So probably 3. But oh well, it's done.

I can feel it's a rougher ride, my cd player has skipped. I'm sure it will settle a little and I'll get used to it.

Today I noticed an unusual noise. A single thump coming from the front, on both sides. If I'm parked, I can turn my wheel all the to the left and it will make a single thump noise on the left side. Then if I turn my wheel all the way to the right, it makes the noise on the right side. It also happens as I'm driving and turning.

Anyone have any ideas?

Yeah, I did read all the Ralliart RRM Spring posts and didn't see anything that would have turned me away. I guess I'm gonna have to read them again. I'll check out the GTS section too.

After a week of driving, the noise has went away. I guess the springs just needed to settle or adjust the way they were sitting.

Very satisfied with RRM Springs...
