Could you plasti-dip the lip and just mask off around it?

...unless you have worked with vinyl before........

....i would highly recommend plasti-dip or paint.

it is a PITA to get vinyl to look just the way you want on you first ( or tenth) try !

^ as long as you wet the surface first it's actually pretty easy. Trying to do it dry though would be next to impossible.

No I was refering to applying vinyl. If you are going to plasti-dip your lip then your going to have to mask off the rest of the bumper and behind it so you don't get overspray all over everything. I think in the long run you would be better to pull off your bumper and take it to a shop and have them spray it.

^That looks awesome!

You would HAVE TO plasti-dip the chrome ring.
Really.

For this to look good.
