Snow
I have started installing a water/meth kit from Snow performance. I decided to mount the reservoir and pump in the driver side trunk. I have the line ran from the trunk to the engine bay. I still have all the wiring to do and mount the nozzle. Just a couple pictures showing the mock-up stages of the trunk mount. I plan to mount the pump on the rear of this panel in the small area behind. I will wrap the panel (and re-wrap the sub box) in a matching trunk liner. I will update this thread as things progress. I can't wait to get this thing functional!

And then I picked up a couple additions. A Safe Injection module to monitor flow and a solenoid to make more precise spray. An output from the safe injection module will hook to a relay that will break the connection to the factory boost control solenoid in case of low flow detection.

Finally I had a chance to get something done on this install. I decided to go with a larger tank. My stupidity mounting the low level sensor in the original tank and drilling the hole to large influenced my decision also
I have mostly everything installed. I just need to wire a few LEDs, dump some meth in the tank, and start tuning it.
I had an issue with the relay I was using to interrupt the ebcs. It seems not all relays are created equal and the one I bought was not what I was expecting. I ended up throwing a code for the boost solenoid. I got it figured out now. Ill take a few more pictures soon.

I recently installed the Snow H20/meth kit myself and really like it , ive definitly noticed improvement in mid-top end range gains , im soon going with the safe injection (a must addition imo ) and a bigger resevoir (like yours) as the one that comes with the kit emptys so friggin fast !
where did u mount yer sprayer nozzle ? i went approx 3-4 inches pre-throttle body to get more effective atomization .
Snow FTW !

I have not tuned it yet, and so I have not activated it either. It is a progressive system that adjusts the amount of water/meth depending on boost. Yes, the fuel map will need adjusting. I will also be able to run more aggressive timing without knock. The Safe Injection module outputs a signal if low flow is detected that I used to disable the factory boost control solenoid. At some point I will wire it to the ecu when the rom for map switching is available for our rom id. For now, boost cut and warning leds will have to be the fail safe.

VERY NICE job man
, ya that looks about the same distance i did mine , just more on the outside corner , ill post pics as soon as i get my car back from the "stealership" ... there installing a new serpintine belt ,
i still need to add the safe injection on thou , i orientated the module inside my cab instead of the engine bay like yours ...
i REALLY like where u installed / fit yours thou , as there is not much choice/room to do so .

You're right, there is not much choice at all for module locations. I considered the cabin, but I figured since I wanted to get the Safe Injection module near the nozzle I may as well mount both things there. Some day I may spend some more time and make a more proper mount for the control module. Having this stuff there will really make washing the engine bay a bit tricky though.
The weld was kind of a favor from a shop near my work. He did a great job I thought!
