I'd take your mold to a upholstry shop, they should be able to rewrap that whole thing for a nice factory looking finish. It would be nice to mount the connector in the bottom to plug in to it would charge and have RCA cords all hidden. I have thought about doing something like that in the cup holder but just haven't had time to mess with it.

yeah i have the cords ready to go in
ive spliced in a hidden accesory port under th console to power it and run the audio wire up front
i plan on taking it to an upolstry shop, just wanted to see if i actully like the placement before i spent the money on wraping it

i use the arm rest too...the pics dont do it much justice but it sits very flush and ive put quite a bit of weight on it with no problems yet

its the original fabric that i heated and pulled the living hell out of

Good start. Hope you don't plan on upgrading your phone soon. LOL!

Pretty cool, I like it! Now if only we had some sort of factory ipod integration to control tracks from the HU. Then I would like to see this mounted under the arm rest completely hidden.

^Good point - they are getting smaller... You would just need to make a 'sleeve' to keep adapting it for newer/smaller... The connectors should stay the same.

Me? I would want it hidden - but useful
