Philips H11 CrystalVision Ultra Headlight Bulb
Not if you have HID's
Assuming you have the halogen low beams, those should fit and work just fine, why would you think that it wouldn't? (This is also assuming that the OEM bulb is an H11. IDK, I have HID's)
For the price of those expensive Philips bulbs you could easily get a "plug 'n play" HID kit. All of the Outlander Sports' have OEM projectors in the headlamps, so using HID's would be fine and you wouldn't be blinding oncoming traffic.

4300K is the stock color temperature. If you want the "cool blue" look then I guess you could get 5000K or 6000K but I wouldn't recommend going past that. 4300K is going to have the most usable light output, and any other color is going to not be as bright. Your eyes might THINK that the "whiter" 5000K is brighter, but it actually is not.

Thanks for the info..
This is a dumb question, how would you know that you have a stock HIDs in our OS? Everytime i turn on my headlight, the low beam will emit white light that looks like HID and then after a minute or so, it will turn a little bit yellowish. So i guess i have halogen not HIDs?

An easy way to tell would be if when you turn on the headlight, it starts with a flicker being dimly lit, and gradually gets brighter. Another way to tell would be to shine the headlight to a wall, and if you have HID's, you will see a very definitive line horizontally where it is more pronounced than a standard headlight projection.

Another way is to look at your lower left dash, if there is a "leveler" roller-switch for the headlights (that allows you to adjust the distance of the light beam, then you have HIDs)

So, i got these yesterday and tried the 9005 for the High Beam... Perfect fit but it doesnt makes any difference, just a little bit whiter. I test them with one high beam stock and the other one with the Philips Crystal vision, Im not happy so I am returning them. I didnt try the H11 for the low beam thinking that it will not give any difference at all plus when I open the back housing I can tell it will give me a hard time putting it in and looks like I have HID already.

I'm glad you have the OEM HID's though, because the one thing that the halogen setups don't have is the "S-HID" headlamps. The S stands for "Super Wide" HID's. If you look under the projector, you will see a little mirrored section pointing towards the side of the car. This actually channels light from the projector and shoots it out the side of the headlight, to allow 180 degrees of light output, and a lot better chance of seeing deer or other hazards.

Looking from the drivers side corner, perpendicular to the headlight output. So, like sideways across the front of the car. You can see the "collector" to the lower right of the projector, which is the curved lens in the upper left-hand corner.

Looking into the headlight beam, from the front corner towards the rear of the car.

And as a result, you can see that the light is shot out completely sideways. Camera is basically right above the centerline/Mitsubishi emblem:

Also to note, the color of the light emitting on the ground will be even less "white" as the housing for the super wide HIDs is pink. The light emitting through the projector is pretty darn white, especially if you already have some color shift from using your lights for 100+ hours or so. That pink housing is not your friend if you are wanting pure 5000k or higher.
Thanks for that info Burtonrider1002, it was very helpful. However, why are your low beam so white and even the light emmiting from the mirror is also white? Silly question, did you change the bulb only? I apologize, I am not too familiar with HID's.
Hid
Mine has the roller switch for the headlights and I know for sure mine are not HID. Best way I know how to tell HID's is by the initial flicker when turning them on the first time. They take a second to warm up.
