Shiv to me was the only one who handled himself tactfully and mature...dont know what buschur's side did but then again Al and BR are basically the same side. Al was just childish i dont know where all of that stuff came from. As much flaming/slander and name calling and that racial slur i say someone should of been banned not in no freaking time out i dont care if they help to run this site or not. I am just glad thats over.

Before anybody takes my post in an offending way, I will tell you that it is not that. Personally, I have never met Al, but I hear he does great flashes/custom tunes and etc. I got a mail in dynoflash through him and it definately helped out my car. As for the people I know that have got custom tunes through Al, they all told me that he is kinda hard to work with. He will talk trash about your car parts and how crappy they are, calls people names for no reason, basically that stereotypical northern attitude... For the work he does, I don't believe that this is true, basically I heard that its just the normal way he reacts to certain things, he talks about vishnu and other vendors at companies at times, it does seem obvious from the threads and from what I've heard. All in all, customer service is a great part of building the "business model" to build positive relationships with the customer and the company. I believe his reputation for being a great tuner for the evo community will help him in the long run, since I never met him yet, the things I stated above are just speculation from what I've heard and I will continue to business until I actually meet him personally and I know I won't have a problem. I am going to school right now wanting go into PR, I will love to help out Dynoflash and a few other vendors if they are interested, I am serious about this 8- ) Building good relationships are the key to any business.. Let's all shake hands, and calm down, I know a great tune... "Kumbuya," I learned that song back when I was 6 years old 8- )

P.S. we're an evo community, we all work together to destroy those domestics, Subaru's, srt-4's....... and now next on our list (which makes me scratch my head to think how retarded it is but) the s2000's.... 8- ) So let's all stick together and keep our minds on making great products for the evo and coming up with new tuning technologies to maximize our capabilities for our cars 8- )

his ability to tune a car does not make up for what happened...and stop making excuses for him that he has a "slight attitude problem" or "thats just how he is" etc. LOL there is no speculation it did happen if the thread was not deleted you would know. And to your other comment about we should destroy the domestic, subies and srt-4 i think is dumb, we all have our rivalrys etc but we are all enthusiasts and should all stick together i dont care what care it is.

^^^ trust me... I know, I've heard a lot of bad things, but come on, lets fix this small minor issue. I know it can be easily solved.. Business's always have problems, I mean nobody or nothing is perfect. With a pr strategy from me, we can make things better.. Lets all think positively, start pointing our fingers to the s2000 guys 8- ) By the way, me saying that stuff about those cars is just joking, just tryinta be sarcastic I am sorry. But yea, like what you just said we should stick together, we are all car enthusiasts.

Listen guys. The patteren of craziness you saw was nothing more then a forum created issue. For too long these guys have gone back and forth. The forum has allowed them to do so. If you let them do it all the time then expect them to just "fall in line" C'mon! Had this been fixed back in the day when it was first starting they would never had gotten to this. my 2 pennies.

This isn’t the first time Al's account has been banned. History has a tendency to repeat itself.

Things I have observed:

If Al doesn't like something (or should I say if it causes problems for the tune or hinders a tune) - he's been known to trash it; warning his clients (current & future) to avoid it at all costs. Rarely have I seen the manufacturer, or its Rep counter. This is good warning for peeps that are interested in Al's tuning.

Shiv does the same thing; however, if it's BR - that's where things get messy. DB can easily AB his TBE against Vishnu's Signature TBE and prove gains, but somehow I don't see Shiv going postal.

The other problem is the cursing and threats - it's one thing to show improvements over other tuners/vendors, but when you start with insults and physical threats, I feel disabling accounts is a good start and eventually permanent disabling for repeat offenders.

Al has done this before it seems...the rules state repeated actions will be banned IP for good. They will not ban Al from here because he helps the run the site, the fact that he has had his account disabled before just shows they wont really ban him which is crap because anyone else would have been gone for good by now. This isnt about how good Al tunes whocares about that this is about how he held himself and what was said, he thinks because he is a good tuner/marketer that he just say whatever he wants. He will be back after the timeout and then try to make up some excuse for his actions or try to explain how he was defending himself and future customers etc just like he has done before when something goes sour with him or someone does not like his flashes/tunes etc and to the rescue the fan boys will come in and ignore what was actually said by him and defend him to the death making it seem like just the original poster and shiv were the ones wrong.
