Ok, I'm unsubscribing from this thread. You can get one from RallyTrack for $160. PM him if you're interested.

My co-driver wants to try make his own that will be quickly removable for competition. Anyone who wants to talk more about hitches PM me, so we don't bare the rath of the tow-*****.

a lot of hate on the tow hitch.. i must say id rather tow with my evo then have a dirty beater truck towing my evo.. i mean whats more pimp u towing your bike or trailer with a clean evo or some F-150 for the 70s putting oout clouds of smoke and leaving rust trails.. I'd want one for mine to tow my Waverunner, but i just borrow my parents truck..

Though I see the author of this threads point of wanting to put a tow hitch on, but I still think its as cool as putting spinners on an Evo. Sure the car has the TQ to pull things, but to most of the members here it's like desecrating a loved one's grave. So here it goes: "To each his own"...

^ are you an Idiot ?

People put tow hitch not as an accessory but as a necessity . I track my Evo, and I have to tow my racing tires. Please tell me how can I do this with a Rollbar installed in the back of the car, living in brooklyn, Ny with an underground garage where I have a spot for 1 of my cars.

Do you mean I better buy a pick up and full size trailer and park it on the street ?? Well If I were living in country like you, that what I would probably do, but since I live in the city, I have to find ways to go around it.

anyways here are my pics

My buddy and I installed a hitch on his, it's really nice to have around. Picked up a chinese trailer for a hundred odd bucks at Harbor Freight and use it to haul engines and subframes from house to house.

That's surprisingly not as bad as I thought it would be.

Being that I'm in FL though, it would look something more like a construction worker without the snow.

Hey, I just left ephatch.com because of unnecessary name calling and childish arguments. Yeah, I live in Alabama, but don't think for a second that I am some kind of ignorant stereotypical redneck. I have just expressed my opinion like everyone else on here. I think putting a tow ball on an Evo is the definition of "wrong", but like I said, I do see your point in needing one. Heck, it even looks better than what I would have imagined. I like the fact that it doesn't stand out. Check my post that you quoted earlier, I never once mentioned you getting a truck/trailor. Again, the part looks good, but put a halt on the name calling.
