I think it will as the dimensions are L=2.12" D=.6" H=1.37" of the whole gauge. Worst case scenario, I guess I could take it apart and make it even smaller.

it would be a tight fit with out taking it apart.

here's a pick with the OEM boost gauge.

It fits perfect

Just curious where you keep the wideband the LED is connected to? Also, do you have any pics of where you put the boost gauge you mentioned earlier?

here is something that i did to my gauge cluster.. i used a omori 45mm boost gauge. its electric and comes with map sensor. lot of trimming is required to make the gauge fit basically u have to make the stock lancer gauge 45 mm wide . onces it it 45mm wide u have to make is about .8 inch deep . after that u have to open the omori boost gauge and take it out of the case and place in the lancer gauge location. wire it up and u should be all set..

I did it. You need to take it apart which is very easy, the plastic casing can be separated. Plastic on the back of the gauge cluster needs to be dremeled out for it to fit.

LOL! Mine does say "Evolution". Hit up a member on here Trustz, he makes gauge overlays, that include the "evolution" instead of the "lancer" that is there from the factory. look pretty bad ***, here's a pic:

stole picture from Silver06evo9mr post.

Sorry to go off topic... Anyways, awesome job on this. Truly innovative. Really making me want to go rip apart my gauge cluster and ditch the overlay and stick something useful there instead... I already know what car i'm driving, don't need a gauge to tell me lol.
