Highest HP 4g63 engine (from 2007)
2008 - Mitsubishi Evo 8 4g63 4cylinder 16v Turbo engine methanol setup: we try to dyno it to our dynapack as we exceed its limit power from 47psi and above (custom quad ball bearing 87mm turbo 158lbs/min) (we show at 30psi 1031hp and 36.75psi – 1234hp) the customer with 35psi make one pass with 2820lbs weight (with the driver), 1.78 at 60feet, 9.38secs ¼ with 162mph.
GM ecotech used our 80mm combo although they had midle efficiency 16v engine from 134.8cuin they produced 1400hp at 9000rpms and 900ftlbs at 7100rpms at 55psi. Imagine they had only 30.5mm (1.2'') exhaust valve, and poor flow figures (222cfms at 28 inches) tested. This Hp record from GM achieved by our custom built 80mm "secret" turbo and they had full boost from 6800rpms. Was methanol also. That was before 4-5 years.

Yes GM now uses of the self Gt series as they have limit - restriction to 70.8mm and 74mm inducers. But there are also some "secret" turbos that we built for them depends the race, no race team will reveille its secret spot. I remember before 5 years ecotech outflows our turbo from the 2.1 engine at 69psi and 1640hp, then was untouchable combination.
Here is some high performance full cnc custom turbos for some race teams and some drag cars.
A quick reference
some CNC custom turbos and High p1/p2 presure ratios comp wheels and turbine wheels.
The comp wheels are from titanium and billet.
We use them since 2000 when we leave the cast and hipped cast as they cant stand the high boost presures and they broke.
The complete turbo is from 7076 T6 billet aluminum and we use our ballbearing system.
