Ordered Buschur Race FMIC & Lower Pipe from mike@awd. Should arrive in 2-3 days. I think I might go back to CBRD for a new baseline pulls and see whats up after I fine tune the A/F since its going to be screwed up from the better flowing FMIC. If I can crack 580 on that dyno I will be pleased and finished with the build 100%

It is. It felt just as fast today at 32-33psi as it did that day at 39psi. Its the first time I lost traction from a 50mph roll with the new suspension setup.

If you want the 431/435 timing map i can send it over, the one on geekmap is not the latest one.

Great Job ! !

Many late nights of discussion have certainly helped out.

Tell all the non believes to pack sand. They are just upset they can't have what you do.

same thing as when we say we've made 520whp on pump 93 on stock ecu, or 582whp on 93.. people go "thats not much power" LOL!

Yeah it is crazy that some companies dynos are so much different than others. Even more crazy thing is that anyone can tweek the dyno to read high.

A dyno is simply a tool....people need to understand that. It kills me to see people protest about big numbers then complain about the car. WTF

I think the track slip will speak for itself. I know this car will burn up the track for sure.

Great job ! !

Just a quick update. While I did find 3 boost leaks, one being major at the intercooler endtank, I cant wait to go back on the rollers to see what happens with new FMIC on and leak free. Thanks for the great customer service today Chad and Mark.

Good job with the build. Hope you get what you want out of it in the end. Those boost leaks can wreak havoc.

What's your impression of the FIC2150s? Did you get the chance to tune them on pump gas? How's the idle and driveability on them?

sorry no I havent. But the 2150's were so easy to dial in, and they idle like stock. Yes boost leaks are horrible! Between the new fmic, leaks fixed, and better weather it should be interesting to see what happens. I highly recommend these injectors if you want unlimited fuel supply.

Heres an update. I took the Perrin FMIC off and compared it to the New FMIC. Well the Perrin FMIC has barely 2" inlets on the endtanks. The cast is so thick on the perrin fmic, that it makes it fit a 2.5" coupler even tho its only a 2.0" inlet.

The Perrin is a nice FMIC, I mean they designed it to take a beating, but for high hp builds its not sufficient enough.

Heres some pictures below to show the differences.

and here it is installed 80%. waiting on the lower pipe to come back from JM Fab since they needed to weld a nipple to it.

I'm very interested to see what this does, since the perrin was actually under 2" and the new Buschur race ones 2.5".

I will update you guys once I find out the differences on road tuning.. and then back to a dyno again for confirmation.

^ Looks nice.

Did you have to do a trimmig of the crash beam or spacing of it to keep it off the fmic?

you had to do more work to the lower pipe to make it fit after spending that much money guezz
