That wouldn't explain BMW's, Lexus or Mercedes? All of which are found in Japan, UK and Australia. They all have straight cut-off. I know that they drive on the opposite side of road but, we are Left side drive here. I figure if they are going to make all the other huge changes that they make before hitting the US soil they would do that...thats it. Lower HP/TQ.. No FQ 360 or 400 models..

The BMWs etc they sold here are specifically for our market and must adhere to the Federal specs. Even if you go take delivery of a BMW in Germany, it's built for the US market.

My simple point: A car costing over 35-40 grand shouldn't have to have its HIDS tilted straight...thats all..."even if its built for the US market"

Oh how I couldn't agree more. The only benefit with our crappy beam pattern is that from far away, the lights appear very blue/purple. All the Evo's with the OEM HID's that I've seen on the road, every single last one of them look crazy from far away.

Some very noob comments here about projectors and cutoffs

Ok,
Pay attention to the area indicated by the RED circle in this pic (area you will need to access via the engine bay):

I stole this pic from the engine bay thread. It looks like you shouldnt have any problems accessing that area via the engine bay:

You need to insert a phillips head screw driver into the hole that was indicated by the RED circle. Theres a series of "teeth" on the adjustment screw that you need to engage with the head of the screw driver. Twist either way and you will be able to adjust LEFT or RIGHT:

Sorry to burst your bubble.... Let me give you some info about the BiXenon projectors used in CZ4A's:
* Their nick name in the projector retrofitting world is: "E55" projectors (Mercedes E55 come with them)
* CZ4A BiXenon projectors are made by Hella, a company that has the widest usage of this projector for OEM manufacturers like: BMW / Merc / Cadillac / Nissan / Range Rover / Saab

Is that "Luxury" enough for you....

If you want a kick **** BiXenon projector from factory then get a:
* 2010 Lexus RX350
* Infinity FX35 / 45
* Acura TL

One of the few sensible comments on here

ALL Halogen and HID projectors will give you that "color flicker" effect. Some better than others.. Halogen projectors tend to show off Orangy/Red colors (not so much Blue/Purple) & HID projectors tend to show off the Blue/Purple end of the visual color spectrum...

Thats the law of physics when you use a:
* light source
* cutoff shield &
* lense
