do you have a boost controller? if so you have to cap off one of the two hoses, or just cap them both

Is your crankcase vent tube running into your intake and your pressurizing at the maff? If so there your issue. Pressurize at the turbo inlet.

I've done so many boost leak tests I could do them in my sleep. Some early mornings I probably have... :-/

zip tie everything! zip ties are your friend. on my car i even super glue the nipple before i put the vac line over stuff since stuff starts to leak past 35psi where it dont around 25-30.

specifically zip tie the fuel pressure regulator vac lines for safety.

old school trick to backup the zip ties....shoot a little hairspray on the end of the hose and slide over the fitting or vacuum nipple then tie of with a zip tie. when it dries it'll glue the line on with a temporary bond that can be remove with some force, but won't blow off under high boost.

works great on couplers and orings too in a pinch if needed in such an application.

I use this on all my couplers too. Hairspray is like magic! T-bolt clamps help too
